Meet our
Pastors
Married for more than 17 years, Duaine and Latosha are united by a simple mission; to see people encounter Jesus, be transformed by His presence, and become everything God created them to be. Together, they bring more than two decades of ministry, leadership development, discipleship, and organizational experience, having served churches, ministries, leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations across the nation and around the world. Their shared passion is to see communities impacted through the presence and power of God.
As the founders and lead pastors of Dominion LA, they carry a vision to build a life-giving, Spirit-led church that awakens people and equips believers for Kingdom influence.
Duaine and Tosha are known for their strategic insight, and passion for discipleship and developing leaders. For over 20 years, they have been leading consultants for ministries and organizations.
In addition to pastoring Dominion LA, they are the founders of Dominion U, an apostolic leadership and discipleship hub dedicated to equipping individuals and leaders to maximize their influence, fulfill their purpose, and demonstrate Kingdom dominion in every area of life.
